Orders leave the warehouse within 2 to 3 days. Transit is 8 to 16 business days to the contiguous United States. Free over $75, otherwise $6.99. Tracking arrives by email when the label scans. Most pieces ship from our supplier in Asia, which is what the range reflects.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery on unused items in their original bag. Bedding that has been slept in cannot be resold, so it cannot be returned. Start a return from the email receipt.
Exchanges
Wrong size or a color that reads differently at home is an exchange, not a return. The replacement ships when the first item scans on its way back.
